For me, meditation is one of the greatest gifts I can give to myself, as I genuinely believe it has healing powers.
I always like to explain that we should begin a meditation practice without any expectations as it’s not purely about thinking of nothing but about paying attention to where and what your thoughts are.
What if there is a way for us to try to control those and even better, begin to change our mindset into a more positive one?
