How to reclaim your weekend

Whilst wellbeing isn't something we can merely save for the weekends, as teachers, it can be tricky to find the time to even think about self-care during the week.

All the more reason why your weekends become a precious time to catch up on things beyond the school gates.

Teaching is no mean feat - from being on your feet all day, straining your voice over classroom chatter to lesson planning and marking, putting your feet up is not only encouraged but essential for you to recharge!
